Aspen Hills Subdivision

Aspen Hills is a dry subdivision, of recreational properties in the foothills above and between Fairview and Mt. Pleasant Utah.
Electricity and water* are not planned, although *non-potable water is available at lot 1052 (by the corner of North Fork and Silver Creek) for fire suppression and sanitation purposes.
All of the roads within the Aspen Hills subdivision are private.
Building Permits are required for construction in the subdivision, and must be obtained from Sanpete County.
Approved Septic tanks are required on permanent structures (cabins, etc.), and must be approved by the County Health Department.

Aspen Hills Owners Association (AHOA)

AHOA was formed to support property owners in the Aspen Hills subdivision.
AHOA is a Non-Profit Owners Association, and is not in the business of buying and/or selling properties.
AHOA has a volunteer Board of Directors which meet regularly to discuss the needs of the subdivision.  (for more information on the board members, see the “Contact Us” page.
AHOA maintains gates to restrict access on the mountain to property owners and their guests.
AHOA maintains the roads in the subdivision.
There is an annual meeting of the property owners and the members of the board of trustees each year.
